Finding the Taigh Ailean Hotel is easy!

Once over the bridge onto Skye follow the A87 signposted for Portree until you reach Sligachan (right in the heart of the Cuillins). Turn left immediately after the bridge at the Sligachan Hotel and follow the A863 signposted for Dunvegan.

After about 6 miles turn left again onto the B8009, signposted to Carbost and Portnalong. Stick on this road - after about 3 miles you will pass through Carbost (passing the Talisker Distillery) and after a further 3 miles you will come to Portnalong and the Taigh Ailean Hotel.
